Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, tracking information is emailed to the customer.

Shipping Timeframes

As we ship directly from suppliers, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact support@riztechs.com. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
